On December 11, 2024 we became aware that the elevator in this building will begin annual routine maintenance on January 2nd that may cause the elevator to be unavailable to guests. It is possible that you may experience unpleasant environmental factors such as noise or vibrations during your stay. Please contact our office for additional information or updates regarding the planned maintenance and we will be happy to collect information from the HOA. We deeply regret the inconvenience but appreciate your kind understanding that these factors are not under the control of the homeowners or our management company. The Wrightsville Dunes complex requires all cars to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property to avoid citation. All reservations year round will require parking passes which will be issued to the reservation holder at the time of check in. Seasonal parking costs will apply for stays that occur between March 1 and October 31 and cost may vary based on the length of stay. Fees are intended to be supplied in the quoted price if applicable for your reservation. However, based on length of stay, arrival and departure dates, or booking channel method used to secure the reservation costs may require manual adjustment by the agent. Although rare, should this occur, the agent may request to be paid directly after confirming your reservation. Passes are stringently enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made.

Stay Requirements: Saturday to Saturday rental in summer. Minimum of 2-nighttime stay in other seasons.
Linens Configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin.
Parking: On-site parking for 2 cars. One designated space allocated for the unit and one for an unassigned parking spot that is first come first serve.
Pet Policy: No family pets allowed.
Prohibited: Family Animals, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
