This gorgeous coastal home offers wide plank floor throughout, an handsome modern kitchen, and roughly 2,744 square feet of living space. An elevator offers painless access to the top floor, which includes an open concept kitchen, dining area, and living room. Substantial windows bring light inside; glass doors open to an broad covered deck.

The main level offers a second living room with ample seating and a pool table. There is a wet bar with mini-refrigerator and ice maker and a 1/2 bathroom dedicated for this living room. On this level, there are also 3 bedrooms with their own private bathrooms, two with king-sized beds and one with 2 bunk beds (4 single beds). All of the bedrooms have intelligent tv's.

On the top level, you will find 2 more bedrooms with king-sized beds and full bathrooms as well as the main living room open to the kitchen and dining room.

Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and tranquility of mind.

Due to severe allergies some homes may not allow service or support animals. You must disclose and get permission for any service and or support animals prior to booking.

*Renters do not have access to garage area underneath the home.

We cannot guarantee the elevator will be working due to circumstances out of our control. Please read elevator instructions CAREFULLY before operating (found in the notebook in home). User error will result in a service charge. No kids are allowed in the elevator unsupervised. Use at your own risk

Pool and/or Spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All kids must be supervised in the water at all time by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the pool. Pools are serviced weekly. Please keep in mind that due to tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.

For this home the linens and towels are included in the cleaning price! We provide bed linens, 1 set of towels per person (1 set includes 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 wash cloth), and a kitchen towel. We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each restroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels, and a trash can liner. (Last min. bookings: We need at least 24hr notice in order to provide linens)

You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular Brunswick area attractions. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August.
