Your access to the beach is just off your deck and only steps away to the boardwalk. Making trips back and forth from the beach to your condo could not be easier. Sensational ocean vistas and Island vistas are exceptional whether on the covered deck, in the living room, kitchen, or the bedrooms. Sit on your deck in the morning to watch the sun rise over the ocean horizon. Protected from the hot sun during the day, appreciate time from the beach to read and relax in the rocking chairs. Savor an evening of fresh breezes as you listen to the waves break on the shore.
You'll feel oceanfront but without the cost. And it's only a short walk to the private club which offers an ocean front pool, kiddy pool, hot tub, and outside bar & restaurant.
A ideal Saturday to Saturday beach vacation

Here's what recent guests had to say about their stay:

'We had such a incredible time in your condo. We all agree it is in a fabulous spot, with a fantastic view. Your furnishings are a cut above, so we have felt right at home while visiting.'

'Everything was ideal! Your condo is pretty; felt like home. We had more than enough room. Very clean when we arrived and completely equipped. We liked the short walk to the ocean and the pool.'

'Your condo was fantastic. I have never stayed in one so well appointed. Everything from the straws for our drinks to the beach equipment made our stay so comfortable. We had such a good time... I appreciated the view of the beach from the balcony each morning when I had coffee.'

'We had a phenomenal stay in your condo. We all agreed it was a ideal location - adored that we could sit on the deck and see the ocean. And the beach couldn't have been nicer. We adored our walk down to the south/west end when the tide was out. We could just about walk to Sunset Island!!'

How to get the best Ocean Isle Beach vacation rental experience:

Find your perfect rental home:

  • Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Brunswick area area. Reserve your Brunswick area rental home in Spring or Fall to get the benefit of warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Property management companies typically offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for more information.
  • Look for your local Brunswick area visitors guide upon arrival. If your rental home doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great local articles, visitor guide magazines have offers and deals for local accommodations, tours and attractions.

Make a plan and pick the right Brunswick area vacation home:

  • Choose a designated group leader, select your vacation dates, and choose a max budget.
  • Note the number beds and what type of bedroom configuration your family needs. JUST STEPS TO THE BEACH ! has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our search.
  • Specific information regarding bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is commonly available on booking pages. If not, reach out to the property owner before booking the vacation property. Note that most property listings specify maximum guest capacity, which typically includes sofa beds. You will need to determine what is right for your group.
  • Are you traveling with furry, four-legged family members? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Remember to ask the property manager before booking, and study your rental agreement! Extra fees or could be applied to your contract.
  • If there's a particular Brunswick area attraction you long to visit, browse rentals that are either close by, or those that cater to your requirements.
  • Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for guests with disabilities. Confirm all necessary amenities are included before reserving a rental.

Considerations for your stay:

  • We recommend storing the manager's contact information in your smartphone and wallet.
  • Hosts are there to help! Don't be shy to ask any questions before, during, or after your stay.
  • Lock your rental home while you're away. Protect your property!
  • Record any damages to the rental upon arrival, and immediately send them to the owner. We especially recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that are very helpful if damages are assessed.
  • Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking restrictions can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You will enhance your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors can be a fantastic resource to find the best local restaurants, beaches, and hangouts.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can frequently help. Who better to ask where to get the best breakfast in town, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, take a walk through the property to reconfirm you've collected all personal items. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the rental a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, remember to take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did you have a great vacation? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for travelers to provide comments. If your rental property and/or host was terrific, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was wrong and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.

Victory Beach Vacations

Visitors who are on the hunt for the postcard-perfect vacation rental in the heart of the Carolina Beach or Kure Beach area will find an enticing selection and plenty of friendly customer service when they rent through Victory Beach Vacations. Based in Carolina Beach in the coastal Cape Fear region, Victory Beach Vacations has more than 100 vacation rentals in all shapes and sizes to ensure that every vacationing family can find their dream home away from home on the beach.   When you book your Cape Fear getaway with Victory Beach Vacations, the fun doesn’t end when you leave the beach, it continues with an array of privately-owned properties outfitted with all of the amenities needed for a fabulous beach vacation.   Jenna Lanier, General Manager, explains that her family first opened the rental and property management business in 2002. At the forefront of Victory Beach operations is Lanier’s mother, Caroline Meeks. Meeks is both the Broker in Charge and co-owner with husband, Buck Meeks, who manages the Field Services team with Lanier’s husband, Scott.   For nearly 20 years, the Victory Beach team has worked tirelessly to establish a network of top-of-the-line rental properties for Cape Fear visitors to enjoy. “As far as our properties go,” explains Lanier, “they are all updated, well-furnished and appointed. “We have always performed post-cleaning inspections and since the pandemic, have put freshly laundered duvets over all of the comforters between rentals.”   Lanier emphasizes how important the guests experience is “we strive to give our guests a relaxing, stress free, memorable vacation.” This emphasis on customer service has led to Victory Beach Vacations having a 4.8 Google rating with over 300 reviews by happy owners and guests. In addition to Victory Beach’s superior sanitation practices, the company offers properties for every type of visitor. Choose from luxury oceanfront houses and condos to more reasonbly priced 2nd row properties with oceanviews. Many properties include pools and hot tubs as well, perfect for outdoor entertaining, and many are dog friendly.   Lanier also notes that all properties are within walking or driving distance to Pleasure Island’s main attractions – Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. The former, as described by Lanier, is the more commercialized of the two destinations and features a boardwalk, outdoor dining options and a plethora of weekly activities including fireworks, live music, amusement park pop-ups, and movies under the stars. Kure Beach offers a more residential feel with its fishing pier, intimate restaurants and family favorite, North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher.More water fun awaits, too. “There is a harbor and a canal that feed into the intercoastal. We have several properties on the harbor so guests can bring their boat, kayak, [or jet ski] and travel between islands,” says Lanier.   A stay with Victory Beach Vacations is an annual pilgrimage for most. “A large percentage of guests are previous guests. Some even reserve the same property for the next year as they’re checking out,” Lanier says. “It’s almost like it’s their personal vacation home.”   Even before guests arrive at their vacation destination, the Victory Beach Vacations’ website greets them with a live beach cam and exquisite aerial footage of both Carolina and Kure Beaches.
