Elevator available for simple access to each floor. Home has WIFI, TV's and ceiling fans in 3 bedrooms, a gas fireplace as well as a washer and dryer for guest use. Painless walk to eateries, ice cream shop, playground, splash pad, etc. Open floor plan with 2 master suites, one with a king bed the other has a queen bed, a Pyramid bunk room with USB ports, a queen bedroom and 2 living areas. Outdoor amenities include an enclosed shower with hot/cold water, a foot shower, furnished screened porch and decks, covered parking, and a charcoal grille. With over 2700 square feet, this home is just mins. away from the ocean. You will find yourself returning year after year!
