Step outside to appreciate the view from the upstairs sun porch or find refuge on the covered first-floor porch. Savor the poly furnishings, bar height observation chairs, 4 rockers, and a bistro-height table with 4 swivel chairs. Telescope lounge chairs (4), are also available. The amenities of a Hobbs Intelligent Home are only one of the extras that make this home A Great Escape.
A private beach-side pool with cushioned furnishings is open from Easter through October for your enjoyment. The upstairs 1st living room and the 2nd living room have new sizable flat screens with surround sound. Extras include a whirlpool tub in the primary bath and bedroom TVs. To make your stay as enchanting as possible, interior and exterior upgrades have continued to be added to this home, including new furnishings in both living rooms. You willalso find a professionally equipped kitchen including an air-fryer, a drink refrigerator on the 1st floor for your convenience, an outdoor gas grille, and a hot/cold private outdoor shower. Work remotely, if needed, with high-speed fiber optic cable/Wi-Fi, an HP all-in-one business printer, and office space in the 2nd-floor bedroom.

The home provides a residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and bags up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules.

This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/max. of 87°F. Please call our office for more details as for optimal use, this service should be scheduled in advance.

Appreciate a welcome set of starter conveniences, including K cups, two rolls of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, hand soap, dish soap, kitchen cleaning wipes, and a sponge. All bathrooms include two rolls of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring additional layers for your comfort. Please note that our sleeper couch will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for it.
We also provide bath & beach towel sets (one bath towel, one beach towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience.

When to visit Holden Beach & When to book:

  • To book the largest rental home for your budget, we recommend booking in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular attractions.
  • Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Winter holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host if your family qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Property management companies usually offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for program terms and fees.
