Located in Downtown Wilmington's Historic District, our home was constructed in 1889! Known as the "Cummings-Taylor House", on a cobblestone paved-road and consists of three cavernous, private/separate apartments. It has been completely, meticulously refreshed & decorated to preserve its rich history + aesthetic.

  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Locals can usually help. Who better to ask where to see a beautiful sunrise or sunset, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Just prior to departing, complete a final walk-through to make sure you did not leave anything behind. Make sure to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Did your group have a fantastic time? Many rental home management companies make it easy for travelers to provide reviews. If your property and/or property manager was terrific, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was amiss and they failed to fix it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
