This refreshed second-floor beachside home, charmingly located at the corner of East Asheville & N. Lumina (Access 21), The channel is across the street just a few steps away. Front wrap around porch welcomes you to the entry to the home. This freshly refurbished home, complete with fresh furnishings, making it an ideal getaway for a family visit to Wrightsville Beach. The first level features a roomy open living area with TV, a dining space that flows into the kitchen with simple porch access via sliding glass doors, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. It's a ideal spot for relaxation and socializing. The residence features central heating/AC, complimentary Wi-Fi, a completely equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a traditional coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, blender, and a french door refrigerator with an ice maker. The backstairs provide convenient access to the unit, complemented by a front-loading washer and dryer. The top-level offers (2) Queen bedrooms & (1) Full bedroom and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Located within walking distance of Johny Mercer Pier, eateries, the channel, and shopping, this prime corner location is roughly 100 yards from the ocean, offering direct beach and channel access. Unwind on the broad wrap-around porch, savoring the vistas and sunsets. All the attractions of Wrightsville Beach are within painless reach, ensuring a full experience of the area.
