IMPORTANT TO NOTE: The Abbey was once home for clergy of the neighboring church and is generally a peaceful neighborhood. Should you have noise sensitivities, please prepare accordingly or consider a rental outside of the central business district. Wilmington restricts excessive noise after12 midnight Friday & Saturday and after 11 pm Sunday > Thursday. We are not responsible nor offer refunds for city sounds.

Located on a river, this vacation home is in Wilmington Historic District, a neighborhood in Wilmington. Burgwin-Wright House and Latimer House are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Children's Museum of Wilmington and Magnolia Greens Golf Plantation.
