The best place in Carolina Beach to watch the summer weekly fireworks is up on your very own roomy roof top deck!   With expansive vistas of the ocean, harbor and boardwalk, you will want to be up there to experience the entire day from sunrise to sunset. Designed for entertaining, each rooftop deck comes with constructed in grille, wine chiller and plenty of space for sunbathing, stargazing and events or just sipping coffee or beverages with guests. King Beds and Samsung TVs in every couple’s bedroom, plus two family suites for the kids, make this the ideal beach home for a huge extended family to spread out while still having privacy.  Two living rooms and two top-of-the line kitchens complete with Bosch kitchen appliances are completely equipped for meals at home. Entirely fenced, landscaped back yards and outdoor showers make it painless to bring the family dog, and come and go from the beach only a two block walk away. The simple walk to the beach, boardwalk, dining, shopping and nightlife will make this your ideal group beach vacation in the heart of the Carolina Beach Boardwalk.

Bedroom Suite 3: King Bed, Private Balcony Overlooking Front of Property, Intelligent TV, Ceiling Fan, Ensuite Bathroom: Walk-in Shower, Single Vanity, Toilet.

Bedroom Suite 4: King Bed, Intelligent TV, Ceiling Fan, Ensuite Bathroom: Bathtub and Shower, Single Vanity, Toilet.

Parking: Two Private Driveway with parking for up to 4 cars each. Boat trailer parking allowed.
Linens: Sheets and Towels are included by a professional linen service in sealed sanitary packages which will be laying on the top of the bedspread.

Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and laying on the end of the beds. 

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Things to bring:
Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm
Off Season Check-ins begin at 3 pm and are guaranteed by 5 pm
Check-out is by 10 am. 
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Guest Access:

No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette events, sororities/fraternities 
No smoking
You must be at least 25 to rent this unit.

Elevator Policies:
Please note, the elevator is for convenience only and does not guarantee ADA Compliance or Wheelchair accessibility. Although elevators are checked on a regular basis, Sea Coast Units/Owners will not be held accountable if the elevator is not operating or functioning properly during your stay. No refunds will be issued for these closures. 

Pet Policy:
Dogs Accepted
2 dogs - 50lb max *Yard is fenced in; however, modest dogs may escape 

Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re-rented. If premises are re-rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee.

Discover aquatic wildlife and vegetation at the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher or appreciate a calming ferry ride across the Cape Fear River to a cozy little shopping town called Southport. Take a trip back in time at the Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Museum which features live oak-covered trails and bunkers from the American Civil War. Stroll through the marsh to visit the home of the famed Ft. Fisher Hermit. Or wind down with nature at our two state parks, sure to provide a memorable experience with hiking, fishing, and water activities such as paddle boarding and kayaking, and search for a Venus Flytrap which is native to NC only. As one of North Carolina's most undeveloped beaches, the island offers a unique opportunity to see many diverse coastal wildlife, including pelicans and loggerhead sea turtles, in their natural habitat. Whether it’s exploring activities on the island, appreciating the ocean vistas, or enjoying a drink by sunset from your own private balcony, Pleasure Island offers diversion for every enthusiast!

One of the last remaining beach boardwalks on the East Coast, it includes a variety of eateries, an arcade, stores, ice cream, Famous Britts Donuts, bars, and more! During the summer months, the Boardwalk is bustling with the sound of music, carnival rides, bingo, family nights, and events like the weekly fireworks and concert series. Rent a Jeep, bicycle, or golf cart as the most convenient ways to navigate the island. Annual off-season events include the Cape Fear Kite Festival, Christmas by the Sea, and the Island of Lights Festival.

About the Area

Located in Carolina Beach, Large Family Carolina Beach House at The Boardwalk is on a river. Federal Point History Center and Ocean Front Park are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Carolina Beach Arcade and Good Hops Brewing. Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
