Fantastic Home Steps from the Beach with two huge ocean facing decks with fantastic vistas.

Savor a marvelous vacation in Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina in this pretty home with all the amenities, including a private swimming pool and elevator. The home has direct, pretty ocean vistas due to the open space across the street. The dredging project of 2022 created roughly 70 yards of new beach directly in front of the home.

In three bedrooms, two of which have king beds, you can hear and see the ocean. Appreciate the vistas on the wraparound first floor deck. The "5 O'clock" Adirondack table on the front deck will be your favorite gathering spot to relax and savor the ocean vistas. Beach access is flat and street level and just 20 steps away across a very peaceful road. Kids can appreciate riding bicycles with very little traffic in this part of the island. It's not uncommon to see dolphins from the front decks.

The gorgeous home features six delightfully decorated bedrooms with 5 full baths. The linens in all the bedrooms was freshly upgraded with high end beds to provide a great nighttime's sleep.

The home sleeps 18 comfortably in its two master suites (king beds in each), five doubles, one queen and 2 twin beds (one bunk bed set). A modern, completely equipped kitchen has granite counter tops, upsized refrigerator/freezer, and all the tools and appliances you need when cooking for a crowd. In addition, a wet bar with sink, modest drink refrigerator and a separate huge ice maker to make the ideal drinks. An upsized kitchen island comfortably accommodates 6 bar stools, the enormous dining table can seat 10 and the Adirondack table on the front porch has 6 chairs. The bright, cavernous family room has a sizable HD Intelligent TV, games, books and puzzles for friends and family to enjoy. High speed internet with a 1GB download speed is supplied.

In the backyard, a backyard getaway awaits your arrival. The pool measures 12 x 24 with a depth of 5 feet and is surrounded by lounge chairs, stamped concrete and a new Weber grille. For your convenience, a second refrigerator located near the pool area keeps your beverages cold as well as a great place to store additional groceries. There is also a food freezer which accepts you to store groceries or multiple bags of ice. Beach chairs and body boards are supplied during your stay.

Ocean Isle Beach is a family-aligned island which accepts you to escape the hordes and traffic of the Outer Banks and Myrtle Beach and just relax. There are no traffic lights on the island. Ocean Isle Beach rental booking tips:

When to book & When to go:

  • Summer time is high season in Ocean Isle Beach. Booking a rental in Fall or Spring is a good way to save on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable properties. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months.
  • The sooner your group can book a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The best rental properties are booked early. Booking your rental home up to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your rental.
  • Hosts sometimes offer promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your group.
  • Booking websites usually offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for program terms and fees.
  • Many management companies and vacation rental houses supply Brunswick area area visitors guides that include money-saving deals, either offered independently by local companies, or by way of a partnership between the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find Brunswick area visitors guide and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.

Selecting the best rental home in the Brunswick area area:

  • Choose a group leader, select your trip dates, and choose a spending budget.
  • Note the number beds and the bed configuration your group requires. Gorgeous 6 BR Beach House, Incredible Ocean Views, Heated Pool, Steps to Beach has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
  • Specific information regarding bedrooms and bed types is commonly accessible on booking pages. If they are not listed, email the host before booking the property. Remember that most property listings specify maximum guest capacity, which usually includes sofa beds in living rooms. You'll need to determine what is right for your family.
  • Are you visiting for a single attraction or event? If so, use a map search to browse nearby rentals.
  • Proper accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for persons with disabilities. Make certain to inquire about wheel chair accessibility, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.
  • Remember to include your furry companions! Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Ask your property manager before booking, and study your rental agreement! Additional pet fees or charges may be applied to your contract.

Considerations for your stay:

  • Be sure you get the owner's contact number and check in/check out procedures for your rental.
  • To make sure that no damages are attributed to your visit, make note of any problem areas upon check in. text the property manager right away to relay your findings. If there is a dispute about legal responsibility later, having the recorded concerns and contact attempts will be very helpful.
  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a garage door opener, A/V setup or WIFI setup. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief telephone call prevents quite a few concerns.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like obnoxious vacationers disrupting your peaceful home life. Apply the golden rule for best judgement. If they like you, locals might even recommend great beaches and attractions you would have not otherwise known!
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Neighbors can often help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to enjoy a steak with a view, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
  • Lock your vacation home while you're away. Protect the owner's property and your things!
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the property to make sure you've collected all belongings. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Did you have a wonderful stay? Many rental managers make it easy for clients to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or property manager was terrific, they would love to hear it. If anything was wrong and they failed to address it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.

Victory Beach Vacations

Visitors who are on the hunt for the postcard-perfect vacation rental in the heart of the Carolina Beach or Kure Beach area will find an enticing selection and plenty of friendly customer service when they rent through Victory Beach Vacations. Based in Carolina Beach in the coastal Cape Fear region, Victory Beach Vacations has more than 100 vacation rentals in all shapes and sizes to ensure that every vacationing family can find their dream home away from home on the beach.   When you book your Cape Fear getaway with Victory Beach Vacations, the fun doesn’t end when you leave the beach, it continues with an array of privately-owned properties outfitted with all of the amenities needed for a fabulous beach vacation.   Jenna Lanier, General Manager, explains that her family first opened the rental and property management business in 2002. At the forefront of Victory Beach operations is Lanier’s mother, Caroline Meeks. Meeks is both the Broker in Charge and co-owner with husband, Buck Meeks, who manages the Field Services team with Lanier’s husband, Scott.   For nearly 20 years, the Victory Beach team has worked tirelessly to establish a network of top-of-the-line rental properties for Cape Fear visitors to enjoy. “As far as our properties go,” explains Lanier, “they are all updated, well-furnished and appointed. “We have always performed post-cleaning inspections and since the pandemic, have put freshly laundered duvets over all of the comforters between rentals.”   Lanier emphasizes how important the guests experience is “we strive to give our guests a relaxing, stress free, memorable vacation.” This emphasis on customer service has led to Victory Beach Vacations having a 4.8 Google rating with over 300 reviews by happy owners and guests. In addition to Victory Beach’s superior sanitation practices, the company offers properties for every type of visitor. Choose from luxury oceanfront houses and condos to more reasonbly priced 2nd row properties with oceanviews. Many properties include pools and hot tubs as well, perfect for outdoor entertaining, and many are dog friendly.   Lanier also notes that all properties are within walking or driving distance to Pleasure Island’s main attractions – Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. The former, as described by Lanier, is the more commercialized of the two destinations and features a boardwalk, outdoor dining options and a plethora of weekly activities including fireworks, live music, amusement park pop-ups, and movies under the stars. Kure Beach offers a more residential feel with its fishing pier, intimate restaurants and family favorite, North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher.More water fun awaits, too. “There is a harbor and a canal that feed into the intercoastal. We have several properties on the harbor so guests can bring their boat, kayak, [or jet ski] and travel between islands,” says Lanier.   A stay with Victory Beach Vacations is an annual pilgrimage for most. “A large percentage of guests are previous guests. Some even reserve the same property for the next year as they’re checking out,” Lanier says. “It’s almost like it’s their personal vacation home.”   Even before guests arrive at their vacation destination, the Victory Beach Vacations’ website greets them with a live beach cam and exquisite aerial footage of both Carolina and Kure Beaches.
