Welcome to our comfortable two-story home, located right on the 11th hole of the Bald Head Island club's golf course. Imagine sipping your morning coffee on our back deck or enclosed porch, watching the local wildlife and appreciating the striking vistas of the green. Get ready to relax in the ground floor's King Primary bedroom, complete with constructed-ins, and a chic ensuite hidden behind a barn door. Ascend to the upper level of the home for two more suites, each with its own bathroom. Choose between the cavernous Twin bedroom suite and the more secluded Queen bed suite. Kids will adore the third floor, designed just for them with two twin beds and two trundle beds. And don't worry, we've got your entertainment covered with flat screen TVs in all bedrooms and Wi-Fi throughout the home. When to go & When to book:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Bald Head Island. To get the best value, change your vacation to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and even October offer great temperatures, , and greatly reduced traffic.
  • Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your group before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer guests an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally will cost you between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for additional information.

  • Lock your rental while you're out. Protect your property!
  • On check-out day, complete a final walk-through to confirm you have not leave anything behind. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and scan for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your group have a terrific time? Most rental management companies make it easy for clients to provide reviews. If your rental and/or property manager was terrific, they would love to hear it. If anything was inoperable and they failed to correct it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
