Located in the calming community of Island Park Cottages, this waterfront home places the best of Ocean Isle Beach at your fingertips. Here, on the edge of a modest community pond, you'll be a fast walk from a beach access point and Island Park's two seasonal swimming pools and fishing piers.

Come home from a day of swimming or body boarding to rinse off in the outdoor shower and relax on the ground-floor patio, where you'll find a gas grille, a picnic area, and a grassy lawn at the lagoon's edge. As you head upstairs, you'll be greeted by a cool blast of central air conditioning, a washer/dryer to take care of your swimsuits and beach towels, and an open great room with two-story ceilings. This room combines a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, a dining room table, and a living room with ample seating and a enormous intelligent TV.

Dock details: NO BOATS. There are 2 community docks within the Island Park Community. These docks are not for boat access, only for modest water sports (paddleboard, kayaks, etc).

  • The earlier your group can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The best vacation homes are reserved very early. Reserving your vacation rental 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your rental property.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Brunswick area area.
