The Space

The home has a huge, gorgeous kitchen with porcelain countertops, gas stove, handsome appliances, a sizable island that seats 4 located next to the dining area that seats 10. The kitchen is completely outfitted with cookware, dishes, coffee maker, toaster oven, dual ice maker, blender, crockpot, a water purifier system. The open floor plan, with spectacular vistas from both sides, comfortable sectional and modern and clean design, makes the living room and kitchen space incredibly bright and impressive even on a rainy day!

This home features four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms with an elevator. There are two master suites, one downstairs and one upstairs. Both have king beds, en suite bathrooms, tvs, and doors connecting to the porches. Downstairs, you will find a den with a bar, beverage refrigerator, queen pull out bed and TV along with 3 bedrooms.
