Entirely-equipped kitchen with all amenities and all appliances freshly upgraded and refreshed. Ceiling fans throughout and upgraded. New sectional sleeper in living room.

Carpet or ceramic tile throughout. Generous master suite with new opulent Beautyrest Black king bed, sitting area, and newly modernized bath. Other baths are freshly remodeled as well. New queen beds in the two other bedrooms. Full-size Washer and Dryer just upgraded. HVAC systems newly upgraded.

Deck w/new furnishings and constructed-in umbrellas. Beach-Side Deck with chairs and loungers. Sizable enclosed outdoor shower and sink with both hot and cold water. Gas Grille on lower deck.

Attractively decorated home with great ocean and dune vistas. Privacy and minimal traffic on this secluded 2-block stretch of East Beach Drive. Lots of room for kids to play outside with no worries including huge front yard. Giant driveway so plenty of parking.

House faces south - so you get to savor both sunrise and sunset from the back decks. Oak Island Lighthouse and Pier are also visible from the back decks. Close to both bridges for simple access on and off the island.
