While many people come for the fantastic beaches, there are even more things to do in Oak Island. We’ve fallen in appreciate with this town by the North Carolina-South Carolina border and want to share this incredible place with you.

Nearby attractions from end to end (including Oak Island Lighthouse), grocery stores, eateries and stores close by. Oak Island is roughly 13 miles long, with an average of about 1 mile wide. It is about 19 square miles.

There is the Oak Island Sea Turtle Protection Program that monitors and protects sea turtles who visit and nest on the Oak Island beach strand. Work closely with biologists from the NCWRC to ensure that the Commission’s guidelines and regulations are followed.
