The home is only a 1-min walk from the ocean or OIB’s most handsome walking trails! It’s only a "Rhoback" from the shore!

Stocked with all the amenities needed for a calming vacation: bed and bath linens, intelligent TVs, blackout curtains, pool heater, propane grille, beach chairs, umbrella, and even an EV charger!

The space

All bedrooms have a private en suite bathroom.
Den with queen sleeper couch also has private bathroom.
A half bath is located on the top floor.

Ground floor: outdoor shower, storage, elevator entrance.

Second floor: 3 king bedrooms with private bathrooms, den with sleeper couch and full bath, laundry/utility room. Access to decks on front and back of home.

Third floor: king bedroom with private bath, double bunk bedroom with private bath, half bath, open concept kitchen, dining room and enormous living room. Access to top level decks on front and back of home.

Vistas of the ocean, Intracoastal waterway, Shalotte Inlet, Holden Beach, and marsh walking trails.
