**Top Floor:**

- The third bedroom on this floor features a king bed, an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a desk with a chair, ideal for those who need to stay connected.

You must be at least 28 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including kids) must not be under 30 years old.

NO home events, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind

NO Family Animals — if you bring an unauthorized pet you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.

NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise

NO fire pits or deep fryers allowed on premise

Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and tranquility of mind.

Due to severe allergies some homes may not allow service or support animals. You must disclose and get permission for any service and or support animals prior to booking.

Pool and/or Spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All kids must be supervised in the water at all time by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the pool. Please keep in mind that due to tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.

The pool is open year round, however, there is an optional fee of $150 a day to heat the pool between April 1 and October 31. If you want to heat the pool, it can only be heated for the ENTIRETY of your stay, meaning you can NOT pick and choose certain days you want it heated, it has to be for the entire time you're there. The fee must be paid in full at least one week prior to your check-in day, and NO refunds will be given due to bad weather or any other reason. Guests are NOT allowed to adjust the temperature or tamper with the pool equipment. Pools are heated to 84 degrees max. Please keep in mind that the heater only runs when the pump does and typically the pump does not run at nighttime due to timers.

For this home the linens and towels are supplied in the cleaning price! We provide bed linens, 1 set of towels per person (1 set includes 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 wash cloth), and a kitchen towel. We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each restroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels, and a trash can liner. (Last min. bookings: We need at least 24hr notice in order to provide linens)

• Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gasoline expenses. • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Residents can often help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to see a beautiful sunrise or sunset, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
• Upon check-out, take a walk-through to make sure you have not leave anything behind. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
