Each bedroom and living space are adorned with its own TV, for comfortable movie nights in. The sizable lot the home is located on accepts for driveway parking of up to 5 cars. This home is a 5-min. walk to public beach access. Whether you are entertaining everybody around the enormous kitchen island or kicking your feet up by the pool and tiki bar, Sea Stars at Sunset is your destination to make memories that will last a lifetime! Linens included. Requested use of the elevator requires a $200 returnable fee. Pool can be heated in the Spring and Fall months for a fee of $100/day and must be heated the duration of the guests stay. Located in Sunset Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. Sunset River Marketplace and Museum of Coastal Carolina are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Rees Jones Golf Course and Willard Byrd Golf Course. Ingram Planetarium and Tribal Island are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Finding your perfect vacation home:

  • In the Brunswick area area, The sooner you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best rental homes are reserved early. Booking your rental up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and book your rental home.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. Booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is our favorite way to save money on your vacation home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your family qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Booking websites frequently offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally will cost you 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gas expenses.   • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, take a walk through the rental property to reconfirm you've collected all belongings. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Leave feedback! Property owners rely on good reviews to drive future bookings. They'll be much obliged for your review.
