Unwind with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Plenty of property for the adults and a park across the street to keep the kids entertained. Located in the Downtown area and within walking distance to many of the areas trendy attractions. Take a 15/20 min. drive to the beach and savor the sun and sand! Want to have an impressive nighttime, make reservations at any of the top rated eateries with spectacular vistas and finish the evening at one of our rooftop bars or relax and stay in!

SMOKING: We are a smoke-complimentary-home, including the front and backyard. This includes vaping. If you smoke, leave the premises (meaning NO smoking outside the home either). We charge $500 for smoking outside and $2,000 for smoking inside + all restoration, cleaning, and remediation costs.

Any smoking or drugs on the premises, your stay will be cancelled and you will have to leave the property immediately.

Princess Place, a neighborhood in Wilmington, is home to this vacation home. Bellamy Mansion Museum and Brooklyn Arts Center at St. Andrews are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Carolina Heights and Cape Fear Museum.   • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Did you have a terrific stay? Many rental managers make it easy for guests to provide comments. If your rental and/or host was wonderful, they would love to hear it.
