"Nice and safe place to stay with nice vistas from the balcony. Great eateries walking distance away. Some even on the main floor of the building. Went to a random concert at the Live Oak concert venue which only a 15 min walk. Looking forward to coming back again."

• In the Brunswick area area, The earlier you can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation homes are booked very early. Booking your rental up to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and book your rental property.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your vacationing group qualifies for a special rate.
• Property management companies usually offer renters an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which usually costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for additional information.

• Proper accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for the less-mobile. Confirm all required amenities are available before reserving a rental.
• Some properties allow pets, but others do not. Allowable types of dog or cat, size and breeds may be restricted, and additional charges may apply. Ask the property management company about pets before booking.

Have a wonderful stay:

• Protect the owner (and your stuff!) by locking and securing the home while you are away, just like you would back home.
• Double-check the rental property to confirm that you've packed all of your belongings on check-out day. Remember to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Go through the rental a final time and scan for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, take photos of the property to record its condition.
• Remember to leave feedback! Property managers rely on good reviews to drive new reservations. They'll be thankful for your review.
