Located in Bald Head Island, this vacation home is near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Caswell Beach and Carolina Beach, while Smith Island Museum of History and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport are cultural highlights. When to visit & When to reserve a Brunswick area rental home:

• Booking in Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Brunswick area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
• The sooner your group can book a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The best vacation homes are booked early. Booking your vacation property up to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.

• Walk through the property one final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take photos and video of the rental to record its condition.
