You will feel like this is your home away from home. This 3 bedroom home has comfortable beds and a great above ground pool in the fenced-in backyard. Bring your kids and your dog. This home is centrally located, close to I-40, UNCW, the airport, downtown Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach. The pool is closed from Labor Day until the beginning of May.

When to book a Brunswick area rental home & When to go:

  • Summer is the most expensive season along the coast of NC. Booking a rental in the Spring or Fall is our best tip for saving money on your vacation home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable properties. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months.
  • In the Brunswick area area, The earlier you can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best rental homes are reserved very early. Booking your vacation rental six - twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and book your rental property.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Booking websites often offer guests an option to add vacation insurance.   • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, take a walk through the rental property to confirm you've collected all personal items. Make sure to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property one final time and look for damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your group have a great stay? Many rental home management companies make it easy for guests to provide feedback. If your rental and/or property management company was terrific, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was amiss and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
