All bedrooms with 43" TV's mounted on walls with access to Netflix, amazon video and others, includes complimentary WiFi, total of 4 TV's.

Beach towels and beach chairs for your use, Washer/dryer, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, etc. supplied. LESS THAN THREE MILES TO BEACH!!, very close to shopping, Botanical Garden and many other attractions. Gas grille for outside barbequing with plenty of parking for additional famliy and friends.

Bed linens are included, towels & wash clothes for 2 people in each bathroom with make up mirrors and hair dryers. Beach chairs and towels are supplied for 6 people.

Kitchen is entirely outfitted with all silverware, wine glasses, mixing bowls, dishes, coffee cups, pots and pans and more.

Iron and ironing board also supplied.

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. Booking in the Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable properties. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August.
• The sooner your group can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved early. Reserving your vacation rental six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental property.
• Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your group.
• Property management companies typically offer their guests an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for program terms and fees.

• Proper accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for the less-mobile. .
• Are you traveling with furry, four-legged family members? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Ask your property manager before booking, and study your agreement! Additional fees or costs applied to your contract.

• Store the manager's information in your smartphone.
• Note any damages to the rental at check in, and immediately send them to the host. We specifically recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain time stamps that are useful if damages are assessed.

• Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Residents can typically help. Who better to ask where to order delicious takeout, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
• Protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by keeping the rental locked up while you are away, just like you would at home.
• Re-check the vacation property to make sure that you've packed everything on check-out day. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Go through the rental one final time and look for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
• Did you have a excellent vacation? Most rental websites make it easy for customers to provide comments. If your rental property and/or property manager was wonderful, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was imperfect and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
