Welcome to "La Mer" (The Sea)! We look forward to hosting you and your family / friends at our little bungalow by the sea. The ICW is great for fishing, watching the waves roll in or you can rent a boat at the close by marina. Appreciate a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine on the front porch and listen to the ocean waves crashing on the shore of the Intercoastal Waterway.

A short distance to shopping, magnificant eateries and the beach, it is the ideal location for a calming beach hideaway!
Our home has four bedrooms and two baths and can accommodate up to 10 people. All bedrooms and attractively decorated with a beachy feel and come equipped with a intelligent tv.

POLICIES -

- Linens and towels are not supplied, but can be delivered (for an additional fee) or you can bring your own. If you would like to rent linens, please indicate such in your request to book.
- NO FAMILY PETS of any kind
- NO SMOKING
- No events, events or enormous gatherings (of more than 10 people)
- Quiet time starts promptly at 10pm as a courtesy to our neighbors

We reserve the right to terminate your stay at any time if any of the aforementioned policies are broken, including exceeding the max. occupancy of 10 people. Must be at least 25 years old to book.

You will be responsible for any damage to the property or missing items caused by you or your guests during your stay.

About the Area

Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this vacation home is on the waterfront. Rees Jones Golf Course and Willard Byrd Golf Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Ingram Planetarium and Museum of Coastal Carolina. Planet Fun and Tribal Island are also worth visiting.

When to visit Ocean Isle Beach & When to reserve a Brunswick area rental home:

• In the Brunswick area area, The earlier your group can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The best rental homes are booked very early. Reserving your rental home six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.

• Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, take a walk through the property to make sure you've collected all belongings. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Go through the property one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
• Did your family have a great stay? Most rental management companies make it easy for customers to provide comments. If your property and/or property management company was fantastic, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was imperfect and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
