Welcome to "La Mer" (The Sea)! We look forward to hosting you and your family / friends at our little bungalow by the sea. The ICW is great for fishing, watching the waves roll in or you can rent a boat at the close by marina. Savor a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine on the front porch and listen to the ocean waves crashing on the shore of the Intercoastal Waterway.

A short distance to shopping, magnificent eateries and the beach, it is the ideal location for a calming beach hideaway!
Our home has four bedrooms and two baths and can accommodate up to 10 people. All bedrooms and gorgeously decorated with a beachy feel and come equipped with a intelligent tv.

POLICIES -

- Linens and towels are not included, but can be delivered (for an additional fee) or you can bring your own. If you would like to rent linens, please indicate such in your request to book.
- NO FAMILY PETS of any kind
- NO SMOKING
- No events, events or huge gatherings (of more than 10 people)
- Quiet time starts promptly at 10pm as a courtesy to our neighbors

We reserve the right to terminate your stay at any time if any of the aforementioned policies are broken, including exceeding the max. occupancy of 10 people. Must be at least 25 years old to book.

You will be responsible for any damage to the property or missing items caused by you or your guests during your stay.

About the Area

Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this vacation home is on the waterfront. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.
Ingram Planetarium and Museum of Coastal Carolina are also worth visiting.

When to go & When to reserve a Brunswick area rental home:

  • Respect the neighborhood. Often times, adjacent homes are occupied by local residents. Respecting late-night noise limits and parking rules is the right thing to do.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Neighbors can often point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Ensure you protect the property owner (and your things!) by locking and securing the home when you are away, just like you would back home.
  • Just prior to departing, complete a final walk-through to make sure you didn't leave anything behind. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the rental one final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the host isn't available, ensure that you take photos of the rental to record its condition.
  • Remember to leave a review! Property managers rely on great feedback to stimulate new bookings. They'll be much obliged for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other vacationers will be thankful you shared your experience find their best rental home. Remember to be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to remedy it.
