You'll have access to a floating boat dock for swimming, kayaking, and boating, while beach access is within simple walking distance! This gorgeous home features a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, and other modest appliances. There is also a nice dining and living area for everybody to savor! Other amenities include central air conditioning, a private washer/dryer, ceiling fans in all rooms, a covered porch with rockers, enclosed outside shower.

*This dock at this home is 15 feet. The water at low tide in the canal varies, but maneuvering a boat should be painless (if the boat isn't too enormous). No ropes or buoys are included. Guests may swim in the canal!

Dock details: Dock is 10 x 16 with two cleats and rubber bumpers in front. The top Deck is 16 x 12 there are two cleats and a ladder for swimming. Driveway in front is sizable enough for parking trailer.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Located in Holden Beach, this vacation home is on the waterfront. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Holden Beach and Ocean Isle Beach.
