This 1910 Cottage has been lovingly upgraded, thoughtfully decorated and packs 1383 sqft. three bedrooms and two full baths. The entryway guides you through the home to the open concept living room with TV and upgraded eat in kitchen. Unwind on the back porch and savor the courtyard equipped with the ideal picnic table and gas grille. The master suite has a king size bed and attached bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen and third bedroom has the cutest constructed in bunk beds offering 4 twins. This property sleeps 8 in total. Washer & dryer and everything else you may need. Sticking to a spending plan:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. Reserving a rental home in Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August.
  • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your family qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Property managers typically offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly costs 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses.   • Ensure you protect the property owner (and your things!) by keeping the rental locked up while you are away, just like you would at home.
  • When it's time to leave, take a final walk-through to confirm you have not forget anything. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental one final time and scan for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can. If the host isn't available, take video of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did your family have a terrific time? Many rental managers make it easy for customers to provide reviews. If your rental and/or property manager was wonderful, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was inoperable and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
