Located on the east end of impressive Holden Beach, this enchanting home is only steps away from the beach access just across the street (no attached walkway), with no homes in front of you to obstruct the captivating vistas of the glistening Atlantic Ocean.

With an inverted floor plan, you will discover three bedrooms on the 1st level of this pretty beach home. Bedroom #1 could be considered the master suite, complete with a King bed, TV, balcony access, full private bath with a tub/shower combo, along with gorgeous ocean vistas. Bedroom #2 is complete with a Queen bed, TV, balcony access, ocean vistas, and shares a full bath (tub/shower combo) with bedroom #3. Bedroom #3 is complete with a Queen bed, TV, and shares a full bath (tub/shower combo) with bedroom #2. Bedroom #4 which could be considered the second master suite, is located on the 2nd level, and is complete with a Queen bed, tv, ceiling fan, and full private bath with a tub/shower combo, along with those fantastic ocean vistas.

You will adore the comfortable furnishings, with wood floor and modern lighting, in the cavernous open-concept living room/dining room/kitchen area on the 2nd level. The prepare in your family will adore preparing gourmet meals in the refreshed and modern kitchen, complete with new stainless steel appliances.
