This open floorplan delights with serene treetop perspectives from the kitchen, dining area, gathering space and Primary suite. The cavernous kitchen features an ample pantry, plenty of counter prep room and a breakfast bar. You can savor munching here or close by in the bright dining area which is highlighted by a Capiz shell chandelier and sided by sliding doors opening onto a covered porch overlooking the BHI's Maritime Forest. This is a terrific spot for bird watching or just appreciating Island breezes. Adjacent to the dining area is the home's cozy living space. It is flooded with natural light from its side windows and its wall of sliding glass doors that open onto the home-length screened porch. Look no farther as to where you'll appreciate morning coffee while watching the sun rise and/or linger in the evening while appreciating vistas that stretch all the way to the mainland.
