Located between the intracoastal waterway and the Atlantic ocean in cozy Wrightsville Beach, is Boater's Haven! Appreciate sunsets over the waterway and sunrises over the Atlantic just steps from your front door on Wrightsville Beach. Conveniently walkable to eateries, coffee stores, Roberts Grocery, and shopping and located just a few blocks from Johnny Mercers Pier! Get the best of both worlds when you want to step away and appreciate the peaceful of the waterway while still being close to all that Wrightsville Beach has to offer!

Our 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home features an broad living area for guests to gather, cavernous decks on every level, a fenced yard, and even a beach area along the waterway. We provide a entirely equipped kitchen with everything you need for hosting families or bigger groups. Guests can savor full dock access and access to the boat lift.

Linen service is included in the cleaning cost. In addition to sheets, we provide fresh bath towels, bath mats, and beach towels with each stay!

Check in is at 4 PM and Check out is at 10 AM. We unfortunately cannot offer early check ins or late check outs during the high season but can accommodate bags drop off while you enjoy the beach! Use of boat lift requires security deposit.

When to visit & When to book:

  • Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Booking your vacation rental in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable homes.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host whether your group qualifies for a discount.
  • Property managers often offer guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gas expenses.   • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the property to reconfirm you've collected all personal belongings. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Did your group have a fantastic vacation? Many vacation rental websites make it easy for clients to provide comments. If your property and/or host was fantastic, they will likely appreciate your kind words.
