Located near the beach, this condo is in Sea Trail, a neighborhood in Sunset Beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach. Ingram Planetarium and Museum of Coastal Carolina are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. To book the best rental within budget, we highly recommend booking in Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at popular attractions and restaurants.
• The earlier you can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation homes are booked very early. Booking your rental home 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your rental.
• Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Ask your host or property manager if rate reductions are available for your group before you book.
• Property management companies often offer renters an option to add vacation insurance.
