Better Boat has everything you need for the ideal beach stay! This roomy home is a privately-owned home and professionally managed by Sunset Properties. Three stories of living space offers room for everybody. An in-home elevator provides convenient access to each level. A reversed floorplan, with the kitchen and main living area on the top floor accepts for great ocean vistas off the deck. The first floor provides additional space with a second living room and wet bar. Outdoor amenities include a tiki bar with mini-refrigerator, sink, TV and pool. The pool can be heated for an additional $125/day during the off season. Vistas can be found from every balcony front and back! The location provides simple access to the island stores and pier. The beach is an painless 5 min. walk. Come appreciate the best Sunset Beach has to offer!

 

This is a Linen Ready home – bath towels, kitchen towels and bathmats will be included at no charge, and the beds will be made with linen upon arrival.

About the Area

Located in Sunset Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. Sunset River Marketplace and Museum of Coastal Carolina are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Cherry Grove Pier and Rees Jones Golf Course. Ingram Planetarium and Tribal Island are also worth visiting.

Sticking to your rental budget:

Remember to ask the property manager before booking, and study your rental agreement! Additional fees or charges applied to your contract.

• Add the host's contact information to your smartphone. Take a copy of check in/check out procedures.
• Property managers are available to help! Feel free to ask any questions before, during, or after your stay.
• Ensure you protect the owner (and your stuff!) by locking the property while you are out, just like you would back home.
• Make a record of any damages to the property during check in, and immediately contact the property manager. We specifically recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that are useful if a dispute is filed.
• Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like unpleasant vacationers bothering your peace and quiet. Practice the golden rule for common sense. Happy residents may even recommend great local food and places you would have never otherwise known about!
