One Intelligent TV in front bedroom), wired internet access. Cozy bungalow with vinyl floor and ceiling fans throughout. Dining table seats six. All new expanded deck with great ocean view with shower for rinsing off. Covered, paved parking for two cars. New laminate plank floor in the kitchen, den and sunroom in 2020.
