Your ideal beach hideaway! This second floor, Oceanfront condo offers spectacular vistas of the ocean on the peaceful North End of Pleasure Island. It is an immaculate, freshly refreshed, deluxe one bedroom, one bath unit. The Seascape complex features a private swimming pool, ample parking and is only a short walk to the Island's North Pier. There are 2 beach accesses, each being roughly 1/2 block on either side of the building. It is located within walking distance to the Boardwalk and the boat harbor. Also located just a few blocks from Freeman Park where you can drive on the beach with 4 wheel drives. The Fort Fisher Museum, Fort Fisher Aquarium and Fort Fisher Ferry are just a short drive away on the Island. Wilmington is also an simple, short drive away and also offers many unique attractions and eateries.

The condo is completely modern and features many updates from wood floors to bespoke countertops and paint.

Cook your own meals in the entirely outfitted kitchen, and appreciate the huge, open living area that opens directly to the balcony. The unit also features a sizable flat screen TV, Blu-ray DVD player, and in-home washer/dryer unit.

The condo is ideal for a charming hideaway but can accommodate travelers with a kid or two, or an all girls hideaway. Supplied in your rental are all linens, kitchen essentials and no hidden costs.

The cavernous master bedroom has a comfortable queen bed with an additional foam topper and comforter and pillows. There is also a queen pull out couch bed with a new comfortable bed, and a full pull out couch bed as well. Parking available for guests only--never pay to park or for beach access!

At Seascape the grounds and courtyard are attractively maintained and landscaped. The complex features a private swimming pool w/community lounge chairs. Parking by the pool accepts room for parking a boat and trailer. Grills are available poolside.
