This condo is located in the heart of Carolina Beach. Within a few blocks there are fishing charters, stores, eateries, bars, festivals, events, and other attractions that make this a year round destination. The condo faces the ocean with a public beach access right across the street. There is a stack unit washer/dryer in the condo. Outdoor Pool is generally open May-October 15th. There is a bicycle rack available if you bring your bicycle. This is a professionally operated vacation rental condominium. You have access to the entire unit. We are available at anytime. We prefer to communicate through the app to keep track of any communications. You will also have cell #s to call/text in case of emergency. You are close by most everything you need. The boardwalk is two blocks away. Beach Access across the street. Fishing Charters available across the street on the other side. Over a dozen stores, eateries, & bars, are within walking distance. Access: Enter using an electronic code doorknob so you can check in as soon as you arrive! The code is changed between each guest. Parking: Assigned Parking for 2 Vehicles. An hourly/daily pay parking lot is available next to Beach Harbour if you need more parking. This lot is complimentary in the Winter. Linens Information: Queen, Pyramid Bunk (top twin, full middle, twin trundle under), couch bed.

About the Area

Located in Carolina Beach, this apartment is near the beach. Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Halyburton Park and Carolina Beach. Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School are also worth visiting.

When to visit & When to reserve a Carolina Beach rental home:

  • Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer rentals during Winter holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. To find the best value, change your vacation dates to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and October offer excellent temperatures, fewer crowds, and greatly reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Brunswick area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
