This vacation rental welcomes up to one dog per reservation year-round and for off-season monthly units.

Two Intelligent TV's (one-42", one- 32" with DVD and two 32" Intelligent TVs in guest bedrooms), one VCR, DVD players, and wireless Internet access. Videos, DVDs, CD's, games, puzzles, books, highchair and pack-n-play. Well-outfitted kitchen. Porch has marsh and ocean vistas with deck high table that seats four, pool view one table seats four, two rockers. Convenient location to groceries, eateries, and stores.

Seasonal Pool:
The Palms pool area also contains one non-heated soaking tub and one heated soaking tub. Neither tub has jets. The pool area is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

When to reserve a Brunswick area rental & When to go:

  • Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often open a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Winter holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Oak Island. To find the best vacation home within your budget, we highly recommend reserving in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Brunswick area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
