You'll be 800 feet from the Carolina Beach boardwalk, 1,000 feet from the public beach access, and 1.5 miles from the gorgeous trails of the CB State Park. Endless Summer House is a convenient location for calming at the beach, exploring the island, and making those countless summer memories, no matter what the season is. We can't wait to host you!

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. To get the best vacation home within your budget, we suggest reserving in the Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season.
• Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Owners sometimes offer rate reductions for active duty military and veterans. Check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your family.
• Property managers frequently offer customers an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally will cost 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for specifics.
• Look for your local visitors guide upon checking in. If your rental doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and visitor centers. In addition to great local articles, visitors guides have discounts for nearby accommodations, tours and attractions.

• Ensure you protect the owner (and your things!) by locking the rental while you are gone, just like you would back home.
• Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, take a walk through the rental to reconfirm you've collected all belongings. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
