Interior amenities include washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, central heat & air, 2 color cable TVs, DVD player, stereo/cd player, WIFI & ceiling fans. Exterior amenities include an outside shower, screened porch (front and back) & covered porch. This is stringently a ***NON SMOKING*** home and accepts up to 2 dogs for an additional Fee....***NIGHTLY RENTALS - 3 NIGHT MINIMUM - Nightly units require a departure maid service. *** HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING
