Summary:
Three Little Birds offers beautiful ocean vistas in front and Intracoastal
& marsh vistas from bedroom. Conveniently located 1 block from Freeman Park and the beach! Attractively decorated yet comfortable and cozy! Appreciate coffee on your front porch while catching the sunrise or take a dip in the pool. Close to all things Carolina Beach cycling, kayaking, fishing charters, hiking at the CB State Park and our famed boardwalks and fishing piers with great eateries and shopping!

We have a garage which includes beach chairs for guest use

The Neighborhood:
We are located at the North end of the island, a half a block away from the entrance to Freeman Park. Freeman Park is a historic location where you can drive onto the beach with your 4-wheel drive car. The ocean is a block away and the beach access is very painless to get to, with one of many entrances located right beside the High Tide Parlor.
We are a mile from downtown Carolina Beach where you will find a variety of eateries, bars and stores.

Getting Around:
Carolina Beach offers multiple companies that rent bicycles and golf carts.

Other Things to Note:
We also supply the following for each property:
A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everybody has their own preferences for these =) Please review our home rules prior to your stay

There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.

Finding the best rental home value:

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. To book the most suitable rental within budget, we suggest reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Brunswick area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
• Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your property manager if special discounts are available for your family.
• Property managers frequently offer customers an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gasoline expenses.
