Secure building with parking available close by in public tons, however is not supplied in the nightly fee. Two elevators available in the condo building.

Located on the waterfront, this condo is in Downtown Wilmington, a neighborhood in Wilmington. City Stage Theatre and Burgwin-Wright House are local landmarks, and travelers looking to shop may want to visit The Cotton Exchange and Mayfaire Town Center. Wilmington Railroad Museum and Children's Museum of Wilmington are also worth visiting.

June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. To find the best rental home within your budget, we strongly suggest booking in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite Brunswick area restaurants and activities. Inspect the rental one final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, ensure that you take photos and video of the property to record its condition.
