Coopers Sunset East, a privately owned ocean front duplex on the West end of the Island, with striking vistas of the Atlantic Ocean.
Interior amenities include handicap rails in all showers, handicap accessible shower on 1st floor bath, connecting doors, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, refreshed high speed internet 300 MB WIFI , 2 color TVs, Streaming; updated to Hi speed internet, DVD player, cd player, coffee maker, central heat & air & ceiling fans. Exterior amenities are an outside shower, fish sink, sun deck & covered porch. This is stringently a ***NON SMOKING HOME*** & will be a ***PET FRIENDLY*** 2 dogs ONLY for an additional Fee. HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING

About the Area

Located in Sunset Beach, this vacation home is by the ocean. Cherry Grove Pier and Rees Jones Golf Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Russell Burgess Coastal Preserve and Heritage Shores Nature Preserve.   • Summertime is the most expensive season along the coast of NC. To get the largest rental within budget, we recommend reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular Brunswick area attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Brunswick area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
