The public beach access is right across the street for appreciating the sun and sand. You are very close to local events on the lake and ''Veggie Wagon''. A short walk to eateries on the boardwalk and the inter-coastal.  The roomy porch accepts you to appreciate the sunrise with your morning drink or watch the sunset with your evening drink.
