Exterior amenities include outside shower, screen porch, 2 sun decks & floating boat dock. This is stringently a ***NON SMOKING*** & ***ABSOLUTELY NO FAMILY PETS*** home. HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING
