Stroll to Ocean Grille and Tiki Bar or Granny's Country Kitchen within two mins.. You'll have enough room to sleep 22 people and every bedroom has its own bathroom. Premium construction and comfortable, high-quality furnishings make this home a value for numerous modest families to share, or one enormous family reunion! Located into a alluring neighborhood; sleep and traffic will be peaceful, but you are still close walking distance to all the action.

We have outdoor ring cameras at the front doors.
Both covered and private driveway parking for 8 cars, size dependent. 
Fenced Yard. Outdoor Shower. Ground-level entry door with interior stairwell to living level. 

Level 2: 
Two Living Rooms with comfortable furnishings. One living room has a Queen Couch Sleeper.

Two Full Kitchens with Oversized Stainless sinks with pull spray faucets. Stainless steel appliances: Dishwashers, Microwaves, Electric Ranges, Side by Side Refrigerators. Access to Shared Hallway Bathroom.
Dining Area on Each Side of the House: Dining Tables and Chairs for Eight. Counter Seating for 4.
Each side has a Queen Guest Suite with a shared bathroom entrance for grandparents to avoid going up to the third level.

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Things to bring:
Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm
Off Season Check-ins begin at 3 pm and are guaranteed by 5 pm
Check-out is by 10 am. 
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re-rented. If premises are re-rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee.

During the summer months, the Boardwalk is bustling with the sound of music, carnival rides, bingo, family nights, and events like the weekly fireworks and concert series. Rent a Jeep, bicycle, or golf cart as the most convenient ways to navigate the island. Located on a river, this vacation home is in Wilmington Beach, a neighborhood in Carolina Beach.
