Loggerhead Heaven - Is a very peaceful privately owned single family home on the canal. Inside you will have plenty of room to stretch out and relax in the open floor plan living room/kitchen area and relax on the screened porch while appreciating canal vistas. There is a study which could effortlessly turn into a play room for modest kids. Loggerhead Paradise has a stone walkway to the private floating dock where you can launch a kayak, canoe or paddle board into the canal, or sit back and relax as you cast a fishing line. Downstairs is a living area with an on suit bathroom/shower which leads to the outdoor areas, where there is plenty of room to savor the bird life, fishing or just relax reading a book.

When to book & When to go:

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Sunset Beach. Booking your vacation rental in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is our favorite way to save money on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season.
• Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your vacationing group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
• Property managers often offer guests an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for program terms and fees.
