When to book & When to go:

  • June, July, and August are high season in Carolina Beach. Reserving a rental home in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is one of our best tips for saving money on your vacation. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable homes.
  • In the Brunswick area area, The sooner your group can reserve a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The best rental properties are reserved very early. Reserving your rental 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and book your vacation home.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer rate reductions for active duty military and veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your family before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer customers an option to add vacation insurance.   • Lock your rental home while you are away. Keep your property safe!
  • Re-check every room of the property to make sure that you've packed all belongings at check-out. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the rental a final time and scan for damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, remember to take photographs of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did your family have a wonderful vacation? Many rental home management companies make it easy for customers to provide reviews. If your property and/or property manager was fantastic, they would love to hear it.
