Interior amenities include connecting doors, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, color TVs, Streaming; refreshed high speed internet 300 MB WIFI ; coffee maker, central heat & air & ceiling fans. Exterior amenities include an outside shower, fish sink, permanent grille, sun deck & covered porch. This home is stringently a ***NON SMOKING*** home and accepts up to 2 dogs per rental unit for an additional Fee. No cats and no birds allowed. HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING.****4 NIGHT MINIMUM *****Departure maid on all nightly reservations required per owner.
