Fins & Skins, a huge, privately owned, Canal home located on the East end of the island. Interior amenities include WIFI, washer, dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, central heating & air, 3 color cable TVs, DVD player, ceiling fans. Exterior amenities include outside shower, screened porch, sundeck, covered porch, dock. The 3rd bathroom for this property is located downstairs and is not accessible through the home. (You must go outside to access this bathroom). Nightly units require a departure maid service. This is stringently a ***NON SMOKING*** & ***NON PET FRIENDLY*** home. HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING. OWNER DOES NOT ALLOW USE OF FIRE PIT OR PERMANENT GRILL.

Sunset Beach is home to this vacation home. Sunset River Marketplace and Museum of Coastal Carolina are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Cherry Grove Pier and Rees Jones Golf Course. Ingram Planetarium and Tribal Island are also worth visiting.

  • Summer time is high season in Sunset Beach. Booking a rental in Fall or Spring months is our best tip for saving money on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable properties.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Property management companies often offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally costs between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for additional information.

  • Double-check the rental property to confirm that you've packed all of your belongings at check-out. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
