Our home is ready and willing to host couples wanting to hideaway and have a entirely furnished private bungalow on Bald head Island. We have a completely outfitted kitchen, 2 full baths, screened porch and living area on the lower level; upstairs balcony off the master with vistas of the Bald Head Creek. The master bedroom has a new Pottery Barn King size bed for our guests. This Island jewel has been completely modernized with Pottery Barn furnishings, accessories and linens. We have a 4 seat golf cart for your transportation needs. Our home is located in The Harbor Village district of BHI. Many amenities are available by a short walk. The Village is the center of recreational activities, such as stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, and canoeing. There are numerous eateries, Old Baldy our resident lighthouse, The Bald Head Island Chapel, and beach accesses 1,2, and 3. Our home is constantly monitored by security cameras for the safety of our guests and our property. Vistas by the cameras are those similar to vistas from public spaces in the street and otherwise. As the home owns Membership at The Shoals Club, our guests have the optional conveniences to purchase a Temporary Guest Memberships directly with The Club through registering on their Website. The Club then authenticates with us as to whether a booking is in place with our property.

This unit is located oceanfront on the top floor with expansive vistas of the Atlantic Ocean. If you prefer not to go to the beach the deck located off the living room and master bedroom offers plenty of space to relax and is covered from the afternoon sun. There is a huge kitchen that comes entirely equipped with complete cooking essentials and appliances. A dining area for four is supplied and additional seating for three at the at the breakfast bar. This is the first time renting our unit so expect all of the amenities of home. The condo is on the 3rd floor, within view of the pool. (Convenient for families that have kids, accepting the parents access to see their kids from the condo).Master bedroom is OCEAN FRONT has a Queen bed and full bathroom. Sliding glass door to the deck. Blackout curtains.Bedroom 1 has two single beds.Loft Bedroom has queen size bed, full size futon and its own private full bathroom with shower. In addition a Ceiling fan and entertainment center with a TV/DVD player and Stereo system along with board games to savor. Living room: 36 inch SMART flat screen TV and DVD player with cable. You can use to stream your favorite programs.Other Conveniences: Iron Board, Iron, Hairdryer and Vacuum, Keurig, drip coffee maker.There are 2 pools, one you can overlook from the deck and the other located on the other side of the building. Both are close to the two available private beach accesses. Parking is covered. The Ocean Grille & Tiki is a few min. walk down the beach. They serve drinks and magnificant food. Famous Britt's Donuts is located on the board walk about a 10-15 min. walk where every Thursday nighttime in the summer a awesome fire works display takes place. Vinni's Italian Restaurant is very convenient right across the street. Pop's is a short walk to get delicious soft serve ice cream and burgers. There are multiple other eateries located in the area that can be reached by walking or a five min. car ride. A Red Box rental is one block from the condo.

This impressive home was completely refreshed with our short term guests in mind. With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 10 guests can comfortably appreciate all that this property has to offer. Primary bedroom features a king bed, Roku TV with ensuite bathroom. Bedroom two has a queen bed and Roku tv. Bedrooms three and four feature 3 twin size beds (one set of bunk beds). In our entirely supplied kitchen you will find everything you need to make a homecooked meal. Unwind in the backyard on the cavernous deck, grille out or catch-up with friends family around the fire-pit. We are 10 mins. from Wrightsville Beach, 2 mins. from the ice skating rink, and 5 mins. from Wilmington's premier shopping district known as Mayfaire.

We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everybody has their own preferences for these =) Please review our home rules prior to your stayThere is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.

It features six bedrooms and six and a half baths on two levels. On the main level, there's one bedroom with a king bed on the ocean side, and one bedroom with a queen on the street side. These two bedrooms have private baths and TV's. There's also half a bath off the living room. Upstairs, one ocean side bedroom has a king and TV, one bedroom has a queen and a set of bunk beds with trundles, one has two queen beds and a set of bunk beds with trundles, and the sixth bedroom has a queen. There are three bathrooms on this level. There's a separate sitting room with couch and TV. The dining room table seats twelve, and there are six stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating. This property has keyless entry Conveniences include 15' X 37' private pool, enclosed hot and cold water outside shower, plus an open cold water shower by the beach, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, bar area with drink refrigerator, two ovens, two fridges, blender, 50" Plasma TV in living room, DVD player, blu ray, and unsecured Wi-Fi. With covered and open decks on two levels, you'll be able to completely savor the ocean. The gorgeously landscaped pool area has lounge chairs for you to relax and get a great tan, or you may choose to sit in the shady sitting area with chairs, rockers, and picnic table. The private dock is tide dependent, so be sure to pick up a tide chart while you're on the island. There is a gazebo on the walkway ocean side.This property rents from July 1 to August 5 only, and rents on a weekly basis only. The golf cart outlet is under the marsh side steps. PLEASE DO NOT CHARGE UNDER THE HOME. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads. Please note: Sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not supplied.
