Our condo is located along Jenks creek facing the intercostal waterway. It has a great water view, sunsets and bird watching from our covered porch and just a short walk to the beach. The condo is equipped with high speed internet, cable T.V. and intelligent TV’s. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a private bath. The second bedroom has two queen size beds and the third bedroom has a twin bed. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and microwave; granite counter tops and comes with plenty of dishes, pots and pans, silverware, blender to make your own meals. If you’re not in the mood to prepare there are numerous great eateries on the island to appreciate! Other amenities include a full size washer and dryer, keypad entry, outdoor shower and ground level owners’ closet with a few beach chairs, and toys etc.We are located in the Starboard Condo complex in an end building making it more private than other units yet still close to all the Starboard has to offer. The unit has two parking spots under the building and overflow parking options if needed. There are three swimming pools; one is Oceanside, and tennis courts for guest to savor. No smoking. One floor condo (stairs to access). Accommodates up to 6. PLEASE NOTE: Bed linens, towels, paper goods, and soaps are NOT supplied. The property has pillows and bed covers. Just steps from the beach and the downtown area. The 'walking loop' is just steps away. This is a 3 mile walk around the island. There are tennis courts, basketball courts, play grounds within this loop. Charter fishing boats are available. Cruises on the waterfront are available. The fishing pier is a short walk down the beach. Wilmington's historic district on the river front is a short drive. The aquarium at Ft. Fisher is a short drive. Airlie Gardens is just over the bridge. A new shopping arena has opened 'Mayfaire' just over the bridge with multi-specialty shopping, movie theater. Local churches are within walking distance. My kids adored growing up at the beach and riding their bicycles and playing outdoors in a safe and friendly enviornment. During the peak summer months, we have a life guard at the end of the street on the beach. We wanted to share our vacation place with others as the experience at the beach is so peaceful and calming. Cozy 3 bedroom 3 bathroom Duplex on Pinfish Ln., last home on the cul da sac (no neighbor to the right). Very peaceful, enchanting Charleston style street. Condo is only 4 short blocks from the ocean so just a fast walk to the beach! The Tiki Bar and Ocean Grille restaurant is at the end of the street as well as the beach access. Gorgeous furnishings and makes a great weekend or weekly hideaway. Master suite has a gorgeous deck that captures the most elegant sunsets and there is also a covered deck off the living room. Our condo makes for a enchanting place to stay :) We are also pet friendly! And as of freshly, dogs are allowed on the beach all season long!
