This remote island home has a canopy great room, kitchen, dining area and balcony on the top floor, four sleeping rooms on the second floor, and a ground floor family room for games or home theater. Saltmarsh Retreat accommodates up to 8 and includes 2 ½ baths, screen sleeping porch, deck, outdoor shower, and soaking tub. Pine paneling and floor, vaulted ceilings, and marine architectural elements distinguish the residence as a coastal station .The home includes 3 carts, and linens. Middle Island's Dogwood Ridge. Surrounded by undeveloped land, the home rests in an acre of maritime forest of live oaks and palmettos, reaching down to Cape Creek waters. East Beach and miles of undeveloped shoreline are accessible privately, a 5-min. cart ride along pristine saltmarsh & Cape Creek Road.
